Whole beef orders are $5.25/lb hanging weight. Hanging weight of one of our typical beefs is approximately 600-700 lbs. Average price will generally range from $3100-$3700.
Half Beef
Half Beef
Half beef orders are $5.50/lb hanging weight. Half beef orders work the same as a whole beef, and average total price will generally range from $1600-$3900.
A $100 non refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
When ordering a whole or half beef, custom cut sheets are available.
